- Access the Ticketing Module: Locate and click on Tickets (PC722) in the left-hand navigation sidebar.
- Review Ticket Dashboard: Once in the ticketing system, you will see a summary overview of your tickets, including categories like Total Tickets, Callback Tickets, Escalation Tickets, and Opened Tickets.
- Filter Tickets: You can view specific groups of tickets by clicking on the tabs located in the center of the screen, such as All Tickets, Assigned to Me, Created By Me, Opened, Closed, or Groups.
- Search for Specific Tickets: To find particular records, use the search filters available:
- Enter a Ticket No. or Customer ID.
- Use the dropdown menus to filter by Status, Ticket Type, or Sort By criteria.
- Click the Search button to display results matching your criteria.
- Reporting and Actions:
- You can export data by clicking Download Report or Download Tickets CSV.
- To initiate new tasks, use the buttons to Add Ticket, View Groups, or Add Groups.
